Spinjo

Privacy Policy

This page explains what personal information this review site collects, why we collect it and what choices you have. It covers this site only. It does not cover the casino we write about.

Who we are

We are an independent editorial team that publishes a review of Spinjo Casino for readers in Australia. We are not the operator, we do not offer gambling, and we cannot open, close or change a casino account.

Because we never take bets or payments, the personal information we hold is small and mostly technical. Nothing on this page asks you to share more than you are comfortable with.

What we collect

Like most websites, our hosting setup records basic request data: your IP address, browser type, device type, the page you asked for and the time of the visit. We use it to keep the site running, spot abuse and see which sections of the review people actually read.

If you write to the editorial team, we also keep your message and the address you wrote from, so that we can reply.

What we do not collect

We do not ask you to register on this site. We never see your casino login, your deposits, your game history or your identity documents. Anything you type into the operator's sign-up form goes to the operator, not to us. We also do not ask for, and will never request, your casino password, card number or ID by email.

Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of cookies to remember simple preferences and to measure traffic in aggregate. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The review stays readable if you do, though a few convenience features may stop working.

We do not build advertising profiles of individual readers, and we do not sell the information we collect. Analytics reports we look at show totals and trends, such as which sections of the review are opened most, not the browsing history of a named person.

Links to the operator

The buttons on this site lead to Spinjo's own website. Once you click, the operator's privacy policy applies. The link may carry a referral marker so that the operator can tell the visit came from us, and this is how we may earn a commission. The marker identifies the referring site, not you personally.

How long we keep information

Server logs are kept for a short operational period and then deleted or anonymised. Emails to the editorial team are kept for as long as the conversation needs, then removed on request or when they are no longer useful. If we ever need to keep a message longer, for example to document a correction, we will keep only what is necessary.

Your rights and contact

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 you may ask to see the personal information we hold about you and to have it corrected or deleted. Write to the editorial team using the contact details published on this site and we will answer within a reasonable time.

This site is intended for adults. If you are under 18, please leave and do not send us any personal information.
